Shipping and Returns

Shipments are generally dispatched within 3 days of purchase and are sent via 99 minutes, DHL, or UPS. Consider the costs before choosing your preferred courier. The 99 minutes courier is selected by default within the Mexican Republic. Please contact us if you require a different courier. After the shipment is made, a tracking number is provided, which can be used on the service provider's website to track its location.

Some shipments may have additional fees due to taxes. If you are within the national territory, this is usually not a problem, but if you are outside the country, import costs and/or customs taxes may apply.

The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, so you may get a different shipping cost when exceeding a certain number of products. We recommend making all the necessary purchases in a single transaction to avoid additional shipping costs.

All products are packaged in the best possible way, considering the harsh conditions they may undergo during transportation. However, if any product is damaged during transport, Rocket Launcher is not responsible for damages caused by the courier. Any shipment made will be under the customer's understanding of accepting these conditions.

If the product has manufacturing defects, a 100% refund of its cost is guaranteed, only upon providing photographic or functional evidence of the defect.
